The hotel in general and the rooms were very clean and well kept. Everything seemed very new. The location to the city center and the beaches was very good, restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really good and varied. This hotel can only be recommended. Very nice town.

the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I truly enjoyed the extremely pleasant room. 3. the location was incredible, close to the downtown area along the beautiful Spokane River. 4. I was surprised at the nearby Starbucks; they had some goodies and drinks.

The location was ideal, only 5 minutes walk to North Idaho Centennial Trail. There was a great restaurant not too far away from the hotel. The king room was brand-new and neat with 2 queen beds, balcony plus so much space. A microwave oven and a fridge were provided.

Loved this place! the rooms were spot on - cozy couch, balcony, and a desk! the breakfast was good enough, and the staff was top-notch. the location was awesome. I paid $139 and it was totally worth it. No complaints to be honest! 😊

Good hotel, nice somewhat small room and good location. Staff as always very nice.
Whining on a higher level: Obviously belongs to the older Hampton Inns. The room was the absolute smallest and, in terms of furnishings, the oldest on our trip in direct comparison with the others in the chain. But in the total comparison of all hotels it was still very good.

The room was immaculate and the hotel was amazing. the beds were quiet and comfy, and I loved having my own balcony and a writing desk. the hotel's location was great for my needs, and I truly enjoyed the fantastic surrounding area.
